National team players come to Klöckner

Klöckner Stadium will be home to the United States Women's Soccer National Team for a series of training sessions. They will be practicing in Charlottesville from Sept. 13 to 17. The team is using this time for intensive practice in preparation for the Women's World Cup which begins in late September.

The first match in World Cup competition for the team will be Sept. 21. The women will face Sweden at RFK Stadium in Washington, D.C.

All practices will be held at Klöckner Stadium and will be open.
