Five Virginia men's soccer players on All-ACC teams

Five of the Virginia's male soccer players were placed on the 2003 All-ACC Teams. The All-ACC teams were made up of a first team, second team and All-Freshman team. U.Va.'s defender Matt Oliver was named a first team All-ACC selection, and forward Mike Littlefield was selected to the second team All-ACC. Forward Adam Cristman, midfielder Will Hall and goalkeeper Ryan Burke were all named to the ACC All-Freshman squad.

This is the third consecutive year that Oliver has been named to an All-ACC team. He was named to the 2001 and 2002 All-ACC second team. He concluded this season with two goals for four total points.

Littlefield is leading the team with 12 points thus far this season, having scored three goals and recorded six assists. Cristman is the leading scorer with five goals in just his first season as a Cavalier. Both Littlefield and Cristman contributed to Cavalier victories with three game-winning goals each.

Along with Cristman, the other two nominated freshmen also brought their talents to a young Cavalier team. Hall finished the regular season with one goal and three assists. Burke played in 10 games this season and had 32 saves.
