Overcoming fatigue critical for basketball teams

There is one opponent that every team faces every season, no matter the sport, conference or TV deal. As the preseason turns into early season and drags into midseason, the beast sets in: Fatigue.

From my own experience, the idea of leaving a nice, warm bed for the wet, cold and miserable outdoors seems like just cause for winter hibernation, but athletes don't have that luxury
