The No. 9 Cavalier men's team dominated an unranked Maryland squad by winning 11 of 13 events, improving their season record to 10-1 overall. Freshman Kimi Kelly starred for the Cavaliers by taking three of Virginia's four event victories and earning a pool record time of 9:42.84 in the 1,000-yard freestyle. Maryland's Megan Knepper led the Terrapin women's squad with wins in three events, including an automatic NCAA qualifying time in the 200-yard backstroke.
