Cavs nab No. 3 seed in NCAA soccer tournament

The first-time conference champion Virginia women's soccer team was given the third seed in the NCAA tournament. The Cavaliers are one of eight ACC schools granted bids and will open with a first-round home game against James Madison Friday at 5 p.m. With a win, Virginia would play the winner of the Duke-Virginia Commonwealth matchup, also to be played at Klöckner Stadium.
