$43 million project to renovate Rouss Hall and construct an 115,000 square foot addition for the Commerce School.

Project Start: January 2005

What's Done: Work on Varsity Hall and Hospital Drive to accommodate Varsity Hall's relocation opposite East Range.

In Progress: Shoring up of Varsity Hall structure for move.

What's Next: Relocation of Varsity Hall in April, interior demolition and asbestos removal in Rouss Hall.

Estimated Completion Date: July 2007
