Cavs extend Temple's woes, 51-3

Behind a strong running game and a relentless pass rush, the Virginia Cavaliers (5-3 overall, 2-3 ACC) trampled Temple 51-3, denying the Owls (0-10) an opportunity for their first win.

"It was a move in the right direction for us," Virginia coach Al Groh said. "We are pleased with that particular fact, but it is not a Picasso, but it was good."
