Your guide to the hottest concerts headed to the C-Ville area this summer

Snoop Dogg, April 25: That's right, folks. In case you haven't already heard, Snoop Dizzle is headed to Charlottesville for one night only. This Monday, Snoop performs at The Jefferson, but just in case you can't make it, he also will be performing the following day in Richmond at The National. You won't want to miss this rare chance to see the man and mogul himself while promoting his latest record, Doggumentary.

ZZ Top, May 31: Presented by the Bud Light Concert Series at the nTelos Wireless Pavilion, the legendary ZZ Top is coming to C-Ville. Since the late '60s, "that little ol' band from Texas" has been rocking, rolling and touring the world to audiences which can't get enough classic bluesy boogie rock'n'roll, and now is your chance to see them for yourself. Tickets go on sale April 22, so be sure to snag yours before they're gone!

Grace Potter & The Nocturnals, June 8: From Waitsfield, Vt. comes the female-led indie rock band, Grace Potter & The Nocturnals. The group is stopping by C-Ville as a part of the Bonnaroo Buzz Tour to promote the reputable music festival later in the summer.

Wiz Khalifa, July 23: The 23-year-old rap sensation Cameron Thomaz, more commonly known as Wiz Khalifa, brings his style to the nTelos Wireless Pavilion this July and is sure to play popular favorites such as "Black and Yellow" and other hits from his most recent album Rolling Papers. Tickets are on sale now, so be sure to get them soon so you can unwind with the Wiz this summer.

Alison Krauss, July 30: Country superstar and 26-time Grammy Award winner Alison Kraus will be performing at the downtown nTelos Wireless Pavilion with Union Station featuring Jerry Douglas. Part of the proceeds from the show will be benefiting the Charlottesville Free Clinic, so there's no reason not to be there.
