Introducing the first CD podcast, 'The Pitch List'

Episode one, 'Oscars so Cringey'

Welcome to the first official Cavalier Daily podcast. The Arts & Entertainment section is officially launching “The Pitch List,” a bi-weekly podcast talking all things pop culture.

Each podcast will begin with a segment where guests will discuss a piece of media they consumed over the past week. Then, the roundtable will all discuss one larger topic.

The roundtable of panelists will rotate each episode with various A&E writers, as the podcast will cover a large range of topics.

A&E Senior Associate Sam Henson hosts this first podcast and he is joined this episode by A&E Editor Ben Hitchcock, A&E Editor Dan Goff, A&E Senior Associate Darby Delaney and A&E Senior Associate Thomas Roades.

In this first episode, “Oscars So Cringey,” the group discusses everything Oscars related including the winners, the losers and that big blunder of a finale.
