Police find body of missing Charlottesville woman

Molly Miller’s body was found in her home Monday night, city police say there is no apparent threat to the public

Molly Meghan Miller's body was found in her residence Monday evening. 

Charlottesville Police located the body of Charlottesville resident Molly Meghan Miller in her home Monday evening after she was reported missing this past weekend. The police were notified of Miller’s disappearance on Saturday night and were told that Miller was last seen leaving her home Friday at approximately 8:30 p.m. 

Police announced Monday evening that Miller’s body was found in her residence. She lives in the 900 block of King Street in Charlottesville, not far from the University Health System.

Police said in the release that “there is no reason to believe there is any threat to the public.”

More details concerning the incident will be disclosed when appropriate, police said.
