Evaluating the Justin Anderson-less Virginia offense
By Matt Comey | February 18, 2015When the Virginia basketball team lost junior guard Justin Anderson to a finger injury a week and a half ago, I wasn’t sure what to think. Obviously losing a player ranked second on the team in points per game and third in minutes per game is not a positive. But given our system-based offense and defense, I was hopeful the damages would be minimal.
