The Virginia men's lacrosse team will try to follow its comeback victory against North Carolina last Saturday with a win against Duke tomorrow night at Klöckner Stadium. The Cavaliers (10-1, 1-1 ACC) need to win to maintain pace with the Blue Devils (11-1, 2-0 ACC) in the ACC.

Lamade faces former teammates Saturday

Weird. It's the first word that comes to mind when fifth-year lacrosse midfielder Peter Lamade anticipates this weekend's game against his alma mater, Duke. "It is going to be very, very weird," Lamade said.

The tours are the brainchild of Kase Luzar, a former Cavalier football player and current athletic department employee.

Correction

The Monday, April 7 Sports article "Men's rowing displaces George Washington" stated that George Washington's varsity men's rowing team, unlike Virginia's club team, receives varsity funding, gear and food and gives varsity scholarships.

Get in the ring!

Floyd Mayweather is the world's best pound-for-pound boxer, according to many aficionados of the sport (of which I am not one). But apparently, his brains don't match his brawn, as he somehow decided it would be a good idea to fight Big Show in Wrestlemania XXIV . I don't watch World Wrestling Entertainment wrestling (because it's fake), so I didn't see this match, but this story was too good to be true.
