University community continues to record low COVID-19 cases

The one positive test Sunday was a student, bringing the total number of active student cases to 78.

The University added 200 new quarantine beds over the weekend. Currently, 23 percent of quarantine beds and 19 percent of isolation beds are full.
No new cases of COVID-19 in the community were reported yesterday, while six cases were reported on Saturday and 17 cases were reported on Friday. Last week, there were an average of 11 new cases a day.
A hearing will be held to determine whether the jury consulted a dictionary in a way that would prejudice them against Huguely during the hearing, and if so, whether that biased their decision.
The men’s team placed fourth with 92 points while the women’s team placed seventh with 205 points.
After impressive performances at the Virginia Invite, the men’s team placed first once again at this week’s meet and the women’s team secured third place.
All three standouts are set to return next season and continue their strong performances for Virginia Squash.
On the Virginia side, notable performances came from senior midfielder Sammy Mueller and junior attacker Taylor Regan.
