McDonnell advocates alternative energy

Bob McDonnell Tuesday announced an effort to convert all state vehicles to alternative fuel sources and to provide alternative-fuel infrastructure for the Commonwealth. McDonnell’s announcement came at the beginning of a three-day energy conference in Richmond.
