Proposed by Second-year College Rep. Brian Ng, the resolution aims to find ways that HRL can better support RAs’ mental health while on coverage, especially during stressful nights like that of the presidential election.
Second-year College Rep. Ian Travis proposed legislation requesting standardized academic accommodations for students observing Yom Kippur.
Travis said that his bill could serve as a catalyst for the Student Council to engage in relief efforts for a disaster that has affected many within the University community.
Representatives also discussed updates about the possibility of lessening restrictions on access to the Hill, the grassy section on the north end of Scott Stadium.
