Batten students are also involved in conversations about potential policy changes, with some taking an active role in advocacy efforts.
In interviews conducted outside of polling stations, multiple University students said they felt that this election was particularly significant for the future of the country.
This year, approximately 70 student groups and other organizations gave out candy for the Halloween tradition, including the University’s Office of the President and Office of the Vice President of Student Affairs.
